RUSUTSU LODGES ROOM INFORMATION

Rooms
The Lodge contains ten rooms divided into five different types. NORTH BUILDING 2F (Reception Bldg.) Japanese Standard　 3 rooms - N1, N2 & N3 (Shared bathroom/toilet) North Building Basement Western Standard Basement 1 room - N4 (Shared bathroom/toilet)
SOUTH BUILDING（Triangular Roof） Western Standard 3 rooms - S1, S2 & S3 (Shared bathroom/toilet)
EAST BUILDING（Condominium) Japanese / Western Deluxe Suite 2 rooms - E1 & E3 (Private toilet/bathroom/kitchenette/living room) Japanese Deluxe 1 room - E2 (Private toilet/bathroom/kitchenette/living room)

Check in / Check out
Check-in from 2:00 pm Check-out by 10:00 am
* For those who arrive earlier, we have a luggage storage area, down stairs in the NORTH BUILDING. There is also a small space to for those who may wish to change clothing. * We can hold your luggage after check out. Please vacate the room by check out time. * Late check out available until 12:30 PM. If you would like a late check out please inform staff THE DAY BEFORE departure. A late check out fee of plus 25% of the total daily room rate will be charged.

* For those who arrive earlier, we have a luggage storage area, down stairs in the NORTH BUILDING. There is also a small space to for those who may wish to change clothing.

* We can hold your luggage after check out. Please vacate the room by check out time.

* Late check out available until 12:30 PM. If you would like a late check out please inform staff THE DAY BEFORE departure. A late check out fee of plus 25% of the total daily room rate will be charged.

Room Key
We will give you a room key(s) upon check-in. Please return the key(s) to the front desk upon check-out. Please take the key with you when you go out. We don’t keep the key at front desk. *NB: A JPY 5000 per key fee will be charged for lost keys.**

Payment
Accommodation / breakfast fees need to paid before check-in. If you have any additional fees at the restaurant or due to any changes, please pay the bill at check-out time. We take VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, Discover, Amex. Only lump-sum payment is available.

Parking
Plenty of car parking is available in front of the NORTH BUILDING. During winter season, please be careful as snow can fall from the roof. *NB: Rusutsu Lodges (Pension Lilla Huset) cannot be held responsible, in any way shape or form, for damage to vehicles parked at our Lodge Hotel. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.**

Ski/Snowboard Room
There is a Ski/Snowboard room in the basement of the NORTH BUILDING. You can enter both from inside and outside of the building. The outside door is locked after 5:00pm. If you go out after 5:00pm, please take your ski/snowboard from the main entrance. If you come back after 5:00pm, please leave your ski/snowboard in the front of ski room entrance first, enter from the main entrance, and unlock the ski room door from the inside. Please make sure to re-lock the door. Ski/Snowboard Room is shared by all guests. Please keep the space tidy and clean.
* Waxing irons are available at the Reception upon request. * After waxing ski/snowboards please clean up all scraped wax with provided dust pan and brush and dispose of, in the garbage bin provide. * Ski/Snowboard boots can be stored in the Ski/Snowboard room as well. Please DO NOT store skis and snowboards in your room. Please keep gloves and hats in your room. *NB: Rusutsu Lodges (Pension Lilla Huset) cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property from the Ski Room.**

Ski/Snowboard Room

There is a Ski/Snowboard room in the basement of the NORTH BUILDING.

Shoes
Shoes are NOT allowed inside ANY of the buildings. Please take off your shoes at the entrance area. Slippers for internal use are provided.

Parcel Delivery Service
We use Yamato transport service (Black Cat) Shipping labels are available at the front desk.

Front Desk
Front Desk is at the main entrance of NORTH BUILDING. Front Desk is closed after dinner time, and some common area lights will be turned off at this time.

Internet／Wi-fi

Breakfast
The breakfast hall is located on the 1st floor of NORTH BUILDING, across from the reception area. Please bring your breakfast ticket. Breakfast times : 7:30am 〜 9:00am daily.

Dinner
We have a restaurant, THE RED HOUSE, opened on the 1st floor of NORTH BUILDING. Please try our delicious meals there! Operating hours 16:00 – 18:00 (Happy hour) 18:00 – 21:30 (20:30 LO)

Water
All tap water is drinkable. It can also be used for the electric kettle in the room.

Amenities Sets
1 set of amenities per person are prepared in the room. If you would like an extra set, please contact staff.

Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned every TWO DAYS between 10:00am and 2:00pm. We will remove rubbish, change linen and towels and clean the room every TWO DAYS (except for Arrival and Departure days). If DO NOT DISTURB signs are hung on the door we will come back in another TWO DAYS unless a PLEASE CLEAN UP MY ROOM sign is hung on the door. Extra and fresh bath towels are available for guests to take themselves from the common bath areas. Apartment rooms are supplied with multiple fresh towels.

Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned every TWO DAYS between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

TV
TV is available in each room. Only Japanese local channels are available. Satellite TV (BS) channels are available in North building and East building.

Smoking
Smoking inside all rooms is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please refrain from smoking at any time. Smoking while walking is also forbidden. There are ash trays in front of each building. Please don’t discard cigarette butts on the ground. Always use the ash trays when you smoke (Please don’t use empty cans as ash trays, it is hard to take them out when we separate rubbish!!)

Clothes Washing Facilities
There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor of NORTH BUILDING. Washing is 200 yen each time (30 min), and dryer is 100 yen per 30 min. Only 100 yen coins can be used. When you insert coins, it starts automatically. Detergent can be purchased at the Front Desk. Please do not use the washing machine or dryer after 10pm or before 7am.

Pets
No pets are allowed at the property, either inside or outside.

Damages & Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the property (including the common areas), fittings, furniture and keys during your stay, including any consequential losses incurred. You authorize us to charge all fees for repair to the Credit Card which you used to pay the Deposit. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions during your stay.

Damages & Breakages

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the property (including the common areas), fittings, furniture and keys during your stay, including any consequential losses incurred.

You authorize us to charge all fees for repair to the Credit Card which you used to pay the Deposit.
